Three steps to a properly clean carpet

    Move furniture & pre-treat

    We move most furniture out of the way ourselves. Anything heavier or more delicate, like pianos, large electronics or glass-fronted cabinets, is best moved by you beforehand. Then we treat any stains and heavily soiled patches before pre-treating the whole area.

    Hot water extraction clean

    We deep clean using hot water extraction, the professional standard for carpet cleaning, which cleans, disinfects and leaves a light anti-static finish behind.

    Fast, safe dry

    Roughly 95% of the water we use comes straight back out again during the clean. That's why carpets are typically dry the same day, not days later, and safe to walk on well before that.

Every home, carpet and stain is different, so a blanket price list wouldn't be honest. Tell us about the job and we'll give you a straight, no-obligation quote. No inflated "50% off" gimmicks, just a fair price for the work.

How long will my carpets take to dry?

It varies with humidity, airflow and the type of carpet, but most of the water we use comes straight back out again during the clean, so carpets are typically dry the same day, and safe to walk on in bare feet well before that. We'll let you know what to expect before we leave.

Do I need to move my furniture before you arrive?

Adam moves most furniture as part of the visit, so you don't need to clear the whole room. It's worth moving or flagging anything particularly heavy, fragile or awkward beforehand. Pianos, large electronics and glass-fronted cabinets are good examples of things best left to you.

How often should I get my carpets professionally cleaned?

As a general rule, every 12 to 18 months keeps carpets looking their best and extends their life. If you've got pets, young children, allergy sufferers or heavy footfall in the house, every 6 to 12 months is a better shout.
